Amy Marie Plumley Rogers, age 36, of Jacksonville, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, October 21, 2015 at her home. Ms. Rogers was born April 21, 1979 in Greenville, Mississippi to Lori Brantley and Jackie Plumley. She was a member of Trinity Assembly of God Church.
Ms. Rogers was preceded in death by her grandfathers James Brantley, Andrew Plumley, and Dewey Rogers.
She is survived by her daughter, Brooke Michelle Rogers of Romance, AR; her parents, Lori Brantley and Jackie Plumley, both of Romance, AR; a sister Rachel Cagle and husband Zachary of Cabot, AR; niece and nephew Skylar Cagle and Parker Isabella Cagle; Grandmothers Quinnie Brantley of Stamps, AR, Edith Kondis of Pine Bluff, AR, and Dorothy Rogers of Magnolia, AR. She is also survived by several aunts and uncles Donna and Tim King, Terry and Tammy Brantley, Mary Anne Allen, Lisa Snyder, Pam and Oz Ozment, Sharon and Tommy Tidwell, Debby and Kenneth Henson, Melba Olstrand, Johnny and Katie Neason, and Sheree and Ronald Orrick. Amy's special family and friends are Tanya Newman, Hailee Larkins, Zane Larkins, Chloe Newman, Tasha Brantley, Seth and Margaret Harrison, Susan King, Vontisha Steward Murphey, Greta Pate Hunter, Marybeth Leleux, and Jennifer Sharp McKamie, as well as countless other friends, family, and acquaintances. She will also be remembered by her class of 97 WHS classmates.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:00a.m. Monday, October 26, 2015 at the Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Stamps, AR with Pastor Dewayne Maynard officiating. Interment will follow at Shiloh Cemetery in Rosston, AR. Visitation will be held from 4 – 6 p.m. Sunday, October 25, at the Smith Funeral Home in Stamp, AR.
