Annie Millican, 70, of Lewisville, Arkansas passed away July 5, 2020.  She was born July 18, 1949 in Lake Village, AR to David and Pauline Reynolds Trout. She was a member of Piney Grove Baptist Church. Mrs. Millican loved cats and dogs and enjoyed time playing I-Pad games.

Mrs. Millican was preceded in death by her parents and ten siblings.

She is survived by her husband of 19 years, Travis Millican; three brothers, J.C. Trout of Dallas, TX, Billy Trout of Shreveport, LA and Claude Trout of Guthrie, OK; two sisters, Wanda Oltremari of Malvern, AR and Ruby Nichols of Warren, AR.

Visitation will be held 2PM-4PM, Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at A.O. Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Stamps.  Cremation services will be provided by A.O. Smith Funeral Homes. The family will have a memorial service 2pm Saturday, July 18, 2020 at Piney Grove Baptist Church North of Lewisville, AR.
