Mr. Archie Lee May, 70, of Saratoga, AR, passed away April 6th at the Christus St. Michael Hospital in Texarkana, TX.

He was born July 18, 1944 in Nashville, AR. To Marcellus and Gertrude Johnson May.

He accepted Christ at an young age, a graduated of Howard County training School in Tollette, AR., and attended college at University of Pine Bluff AM&N.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother; Marcus May.

He survived by; three daughters; Marietta Works and Vivian Montue both of Texarkana, AR. Kimberly Horne of Raleigh, NC. One brother; Rodrick May of Neosho, Missouri, one sister; Loretta Singleton of Pine Bluff, AR. A special friend; Mary K. Matthews of Ashdown, AR. Eight grandchildren; Justin, Channing, Wimberly, Whalion, D'Quinte, Toshonda, Antonio, and James. Two great-grandchildren; Trayonna and Araya. A host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, April 11th , at 11: a.m. at the F.T. Jean C.M.E. Church in Tollette, AR. , with burial following in the Harmony Cemetery in Saratoga, AR. Under the direction of A.O. Smith Funeral Home in Stamps. Officiating will be Rev. Elroy Stuart

The body will lie in state at the church Saturday morning from 10:a.m. until service time.
