Mrs. Ardie "Doll" Harper, 85, of Lewisville, AR, passed away September 20th at her home.

She was born July 02, 1929 in Lewisville, AR to Dewey and Ardie White. She joined the Sunview Baptist at an early age, later joined the St. Paul Baptist Church in Lewisville, AR. She worker faithfully for many years at the Lafayette County Hospital and Lafayette County School District.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers; Roscoe, Victor, & Timothy White. Two sons; David and Dennis "Chill" Harper, Sr.

Survivors include: Four children; James & wife Rochelle Harper, Jr. of Highland, CA, Mrs. Linda Pree, Mrs. Rose & husband Johnny Brown, Mrs. Evelyn & husband Chester Biddle. Her sister; Mrs. Hazel Hopkins. Eleven grandchildren, a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, & nephews.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 27th , at 11: a.m. at Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Stamps, AR with burial following in the Lakeside Cemetery in Stamps, AR. Under the direction of A.O. Smith Funeral Home in Stamps. Officiating will be Rev. David Walters

A Wake will be held Friday 5-6:pm at the funeral home.
