Arlton Homer Nichols, age 84 of Magnolia, Arkansas, passed away Monday, September 12, 2016. Mr. Nichols was born April 21, 1932 in Bodcaw, Arkansas to Homer and Mollie Nichols.

Mr. Nichols was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Elnora Johnson.

He is survived by his wife, Martha Nichols of Magnolia, AR; son, David Nichols and wife, Karen of Mansfield, TX; two daughters, Linda Smith and husband, Steve of Magnolia, AR and Sharon Cummins and husband, Tim of Conway, AR; six grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.

A Celebration of his life will be held from 2:00-4:00p.m. Sunday, October 2, 2016 at the Smith Funeral Home in Stamps, AR. Online registration is available at www.aosmithfuneralhome.com.
