Benjamin Williamson 78, of Ozan, AR passed away Monday, April 4,2016 at St. Michael Hospital in Texarkana, TX. He was born in Hempstead County on January 18, 1938, to the late Wyatt T. and Eltiser Williamson.

At an early age he became a member of Antioch Baptist Church.

He leaves in remembrance his lovely and supported wife Velma Williamson; (10)children: Benny (Nadine)Williamson, Jr., Marilyn (Mickey) Manning, Karen Williamson, Dinell Williamson, Inell (Kenneth) Thornton, Marla (Andoval) Williams, Brandon (Tomekia) Williamson, Allison Shaw, Angelia Beckford and Tina Sarrer; (4) sisters: Velma Chambers, Bobbie MacFadden, Essie Morrison and Helen Mathis: (29) grandchildren, (19) great grandchildren. Love to all his nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11a.m. on Saturday, April 9, 2016 at Antioch Baptist Church in Emmett, AR with Minister Brandon Williamson officiating. Burial will follow at Antioch Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home of Stamps, AR.

Visitation will be Friday, April 8,2016 from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. at the Funeral Home.
