William Robert "Bill" Elliott, age 74, of Taylor, Arkansas, passed away at his home on February 18, 2015. He was born to Robert Luther Elliott, Jr. and Willie Francis Lewis Elliott on December 3, 1940 in El Dorado, Arkansas.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by two sons; Robert Elliott and wife Dana of Corrigan, Texas, and Chris Elliott of Maumelle, Arkansas; three daughters, Tonya Belk and husband Brian of Greenbrier, Arkansas, Amber Newton and husband Brian of Little Rock, Arkansas, and Heather Hawkins and husband Kenneth of Texarkana; Grandchildren, Ashley Elliott, Kade Elliott, Courtney Elliott, Corey Powell and wife Raven, Todd Powell, Kelby Powell, Colton Belk, Dawson Belk, Cameron Belk, Kara Belk, Hudson Hawkins, and Brantley Newton. Also surviving Bill is one great-grandson, Karter Pate, and special friends Boo and Melissa Tompkins of Taylor, Arkansas.

Funeral services will be held 2pm Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at the Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Stamps. Interment will follow at Stephens Cemetery under the direction of A.O. Smith Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 6-8 pm Monday, February 23, 2015 at the funeral home in Stamps.
