Billie Ruth Lee, 88, of Lewisville, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at The Springs of Magnolia.  She was born July 13, 1931 to Claude and Eva Allison Stewart in Waldo, Arkansas.  She was a member of the Church of Christ in Lewisville.  Mrs. Lee enjoyed going to the Columbia County Hayride, cooking and reading.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James Monroe Lee; son, James Raymond Lee; daughter, Loretta Lynn Aldridge; brother, Claude Stewart; sister, Nora Stacey and best friends, Loretta Plafcan and Jean Phillips.

Mrs. Lee is survived by son, Russell Lee and wife, Joni of Magnolia, AR; three daughters, Mary Short and husband, Toomie of Stephens, AR, Nora Hever and husband, Ron of Wilmington, DE and Julie Walker, Texarkana, AR; five grandchildren, Allie Szymurski, Amy Evans, David Thernlund, Drew Moore and Amy Satterfield; and  two great grandchildren, Eva and Jake Evans.

The family would like to thank Life Touch Hospice, Dr. Ked Davis and special friend, Shirley McDaniels for the love and care of their loved one.

Graveside services will be held at 2PM, Sunday, June 21, 2020 at Columbia Cemetery in Waldo, AR with Bro. Bob Inmon officiating, under the direction of A.O. Smith Funeral Homes.  No visitation.
