Billy Mack Russell, 78, of Bodcaw, Arkansas passed away on May 11, 2022 at his home. He was born on October 27, 1943 in Camden, Arkansas to Troy Ford Russell and Vivian (Martin) Russell. Mr. Russell was a faithful member of Corinth Baptist Church where he pastored for 37 years, prior to that he pastored at Laneburg Baptist Church for 2 years. After 37 years of service at Firestone he retired. He was as avid outdoorsman; enjoying hunting, fishing, gardening and woodworking.

Mr. Russell was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Peggy Russell; two brothers, Dean and Jimmy Russell; granddaughter, Kristen Russell; two great grandkids, Brayden Russell and Elliott Baldwin.

He is survived by two sons, Jeff Russell and wife, Sandy of Bodcaw, AR and Jonathan Russell and wife, Mandy of Milton, FL; daughter, Carol Camp and husband, Kenny of Buckner, AR; brother, Jackie Russell and wife, Sally of Searcy, AR; sister, Becky Dianis of Magnolia, AR; three grandsons, Reed Camp and wife, Stacy of Hope, AR, Matt Russell and wife, Ashlee of Bodcaw, AR and Jake Russell of Milton, FL; three granddaughters, Kaci Bennett and husband, Wes of Texarkana, AR, Kaitlin Baldwin of Magnolia, AR and Cameron Russell of Milton, FL; and 14 great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Cremation services were provided by A.O. Smith Funeral Home.
