Billy Ray Smith 51 of Lewisville, AR died Sunday, October 8, 2017 at his residence. He was born in Lewisville, AR to Jimmy Smith and the late Luvenia Jones Smith.

Billy Ray Smith was a member of Friendship Baptist Church. He attended Lewisville and Taylor High School. He worked ten years at the Paper Mill in Springhill, LA and two years at Partee Flooring Mill in Magnolia, AR.

He is survived by his wife Willie E. Brewer-Smith of Lewisville,AR; three sons: Freddie Tucker of Camden, AR, Teddy Tucker of Troy, OH, Damien Brewer of Friendship, AR; father Jimmy (Ophelia)Smith of Stamps, AR; sister Janice(Walter)Crain of Indianapolis, IN; five brothers: Jimmy (Kametha) Smith of Guthrie, OK, Jerry (Myra)Smith, Jr. of Troy, OH, Don L. Smith, Larry Smith, Cleve Tatum of Lewisville, AR; special friend Shirley Harden; eight grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services at 11 a.m. Saturday, October 14,2017 at Smith Chapel-415 West 1st Street-Stamps with Rev. Rodney Frazier officiating. Burial at Friendship Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home of Stamps.
