Bobby Ray Lewis, age 76 of Buckner, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, May 25, 2017. Mr. Lewis was born August 15, 1940 in Three Creeks, Arkansas to Willie J. and Mattie Mae Lewis. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and riding four-wheelers with his sons. He also enjoyed working in his garden and using Miracle Grow on his plants.

Mr. Lewis was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Ordal and Huey Lewis; and two sisters, Nadine Bishop and Verda Mae Millican.

He is survived by his wife, Reather Lewis of Buckner, AR; three sons, Bobby Dean Lewis and wife, Vivian; Robert Dale Lewis and wife, Nita; and Richard Lee Lewis all of Buckner, AR; one sister, Nancy I. Caswell of Taylor, AR; five grandchildren, Lashanda Elaine, Bobby Dewayne, Elizabeth Renee, and Steven Ray Lewis; and Anna Rowland; eight great grandchildren, Isaiah, Aerin, Callie, Taron, and Kaitlyn Lewis; Isaiah and Aiden Rowland, and Kelsey Powell; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside Services will be held at 10am Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at Buckner Cemetery in Buckner, AR with David Perritt officiating and assisted by Rev. Mark Rivers. Visitation will be held from 6-8pm Tuesday, May 30, 2017 at the A.O. Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Stamps, AR. Online registration is available at www.aosmithfuneralhome.com.
