Carrie Ann Gulley 65, of Dallas, TX died June 4, 2016, at UT Southwestern St. Paul Hospital. She was born on August 16, 1950 in Lewisville to the late Aubrey Gulley, Sr. and Pearl Tatum Gulley.

She is survived by one son: Kenneth L. Smith of Dallas, TX; three brothers: Claude Moore of Los Angeles, CA, Morris Pitts of Bradley, AR and Aubrey Gulley, Jr. of Lewisville, AR; one sister: Maggie Pitts of Dallas, TX; one grandchildren: Kenneth Smith, Jr. of Texarkana, AR one great grandchildren: Micah L. Smith of Texarkana, AR and a host of other relatives and friends.

Graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at Wise Cemetery in Lewisville, AR under the direction of A. O. Smith Funeral Home in Stamps, AR.
