Cathy Gathright, age 61 of Texarkana, Arkansas, passed away Friday, November 30, 2018 at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock, Arkansas.  Mrs. Gathright was born August 19, 1957 in Texarkana, Arkansas to John and Erma Ray.

Mrs. Gathright was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Marla Jo Thomason; and sister, Shirley Edwards.

She is survived by her husband, John Gathright; one son, Danny Thomason and wife, Crystal of Henderson, TN; four daughters, Rene Alvarez of Malvern, AR, Connie Hulsey and husband, Michael of Fouke, AR, Melinda Thomason of Malvern, AR, and Carmin Kennington and husband, L.C. of Fouke, AR; four sisters, Dorothy, Wilma, Brenda and Leda; fourteen grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 p.m. Thursday, December 6, 2018 at Corinth Church of Christ in Fouke, AR with Bro. Brian Glenn and Bro. Leon Turner officiating.  Interment will follow at Corinth Cemetery on Fouke, AR under the direction of Smith Funeral Homes of Stamps, AR, Thomas Street location.  Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. to noon Thursday, December 6, 2018 before service at Corinth Church of Christ.  Online registration is available at www.aosmithfuneralhome.com
