Cathy Ann Mackey, age 60, of Stamps, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, September 19, 2013. Mrs. Mackey was born December 12, 1952, in Lewisville, Arkansas, to R.B. and Marjorie Ann Lee. She was a graduate from Stamps High School and attended SAU in Magnolia, AR, where she received a bachelor degree in nursing. Mrs. Mackey worked as an RN for around five years at Magnolia Hospital Home Health. She then decided to stay at home and raise her two children.

Mrs. Mackey was preceded in death by her father, R.B. Lee; and daughter, Kimberly Ann Mackey Weaver.

She is survived by her husband of forty-two years, Eric Mackey of Stamps, AR; son, Christopher Brent and wife, Whitney of Lewisville, AR; mother, Marjorie Ann Lee of Stamps, AR; three brothers, Ricky Lee and wife, Kathy of Waldo, AR; Jimmy Lee and Bobby Lee both of Stamps, AR; four grandchildren, Makenzie Ann Mackey, Addison Marie Macky, and Christopher Liam Mackey all of Lewisville, AR; and Logan Gray Hudgins of El Dorado, AR.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 am Monday, September 23, 2013, at the Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Stamps, AR, with Bro. Howard Lane Garner officiating. Interment will follow at Shiloh Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6-8 pm Sunday, September 22, 2013, at Smith Funeral Home in Stamps.
