Cecil Ray Dixon

Mr. Dixon, age 82, passed away at his home, Friday May 18, 2018,. He was born September 29, 1935 in Stephens, Arkansas, to Joe and Gladys (Nix) Dixon.

He was preceded in death by his parents, five brothers and one sister.

He is survived by his wife, Maudie Dixon of the home. Two sons, Cecil Ray Dixon Jr. and wife Sandra of Magnolia, AR. and Gary Wayne Dixon of Stamps, Arkansas. Two daughters are left to mourn his passing and they are Linda Pauley and husband Robert of ElDorado, Arkansas and Glenda Ann McDonald of Stamps, Arkansas. He also leaves to cherish his memory, eight grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.

Mr. Dixon was a member of the United Pentecostal Church of Magnolia, Arkansas.  During his working career he worked for an aluminum shop in Magnolia, Arkansas as a die repairman.

Funeral services for Mr. Dixon will be held Monday, May 21, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in the Smith Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Jason Wylie officiating .  Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery. A time of visitation for Mr. Dixon will be Sunday, May 20, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.  Online registration is available at www.aosmithfuneralhome.com
