Charles Edward Smith, age 69 of Stamps, Arkansas, passed away November 30, 2018 at Magnolia Regional Medical Center in Magnolia, Arkansas.  Mr. Smith was born July 31, 1949 in Blytheville, Arkansas to Donald and Magdalene Smith.

Mr. Smith was preceded in death by his parents; and wife, Brenda Smith.

He is survived by his daughter, Kimberly Fitzgerald and husband, Vernon of Bussy, AR; three brothers, Danny Smith of Buckner, AR, Dennis Smith of Michigan, and Steve Smith of Waldo, AR; two grandchildren, Nathan Smith and Warren Fitzgerald; and four great-grandchildren, Kaitlin Bailey, Carson Smith, Zoie Fitzgerald, and Bruce Fitzgerald.
