Diane Earnestene Preston 74, of Dallas, TX died Friday, July 8, 2016 at Brentwood Place in Dallas, TX. She was born January 15, 1942 to Earnest and Flossie Hopson in Mineral Spring, AR. Her parents, husband Joe Henry Preston and daughter Wanda Jean Hopson preceded her in death.

She is survived by four sons: Curtis A. Preston of St. Louis, MO, Felix D. Preston of Murfreesboro, AR, Orlando E. Preston of St. Louis, AR and Anthony "Lawrence" Swift of Ozan, AR; three daughters: Rosemary McKeller, Charlene Foster and Irene Hunter of Mesquite, TX: twenty one grandchildren, five great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Nashville, AR Saturday, July 16, 2016 at 2 p.m. and viewing at 1p.m. with Rev. Alvin Hunter officiating. Burial at Murfreesboro cemetery in Murfreesboro, AR under the direction of Smith Funeral Home of Stamps.

Visitation will be Friday, July 15, 2016 at Smith Funeral Home from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m.
