Mrs. Dorothy Marie Davis-Hardwell, 76 of Emerson passed away on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at UAMS in Little Rock, AR.  She was born to the late Mr. Hudson Davis and Mrs. Nezella Wheeler-Davis.  She was a loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother and friend to many.

She was preceded in death by her husband, both parents and a daughter.  She is survived by four sons, Dexter Hardwell of Emerson, AR, Larry Hardwell of Eldorado, AR, Darryl Hardwell and Ronnie Hardwell both of Magnolia, AR.  Five daughters, Marie Hardwell, Joyce Hardwell, Della Paschal, Sharon Hanson all of Emerson, and Lisa (Ivory) Wise of Haynesville, LA.  One sister, Mrs. Bobbie Jean Walker of Stamps, AR and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Services will be held at Pleasant Home CME Church, 6541 Hwy 79 S. Emerson, AR 71740, Saturday, December 8, 2018 at 11:00 AM with interment immediately after the service at the Pine Hill Cemetery 2657 S. Columbia Rd. 9, Emerson, AR 71740 under the direction of the A.O. Smith Funeral Home Staff 415 East First Street Stamps, AR 71860.

Visitation will be on Friday, December 7, 2018 from 11:00 AM until 4:00 PM at the A.O. Smith Funeral Home Chapel, 415 East First Street, Stamps, AR.
