Earline Jones 82, of Stamps, AR died Friday December 23, 2016 at Wadley Regional Medical Center in Texarkana, TX. She was born to the late Buddie and Ida Smith on May 31, 1934 in Garland City.

She was preceded in death by her husbands the late Kavester Jones and Ed Cheathom; five children Bobby, Sadie M., James, Eddie and Brenda Cheathom all of Lewisville , AR; two sisters Aline and Alma Cheathom; two brothers Jessie Smith and Joe Smith.

She is survived by George Cheathom of Texarkana, TX, Georgia M. Cheathom, Mary Sue Cheathom, Betty (Vincent) Rose and Willie (Carol) all of Lewisville, AR; one sister Maric Dafney of Michigan.

Funeral service will be Saturday, December 31, 2016 at Smith Chapel with Rev. David Walters officiating. Burial will follow at Wynn Cemetery in Garland City, AR under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Visitation will be at Smith Funeral Home Friday, December 30, 2016 from 11 a.m. - 4p.m.
