Elsie Marie Pickett, age 80, of Walker Creek, Arkansas passed away August 10, 2019 at her home.  She was born December 7, 1938 in Bastrop, LA to Leonard and Novie Bagwell Rudolph.  Elsie was a faithful member of Forest Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Walker Creek.

Mrs. Pickett was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Chester Pickett, Jr. and sister, Frances Fisher.

She is survived by two sons, Doug Pickett of Kingwood, TX and Stan Pickett and wife Angela of Taylor, AR; one sister, Evelyn Goodwin of West Monroe, LA; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 14, 2019 at 10AM at Forest Grove Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Todd Pickard officiating.  Burial will follow at Forest Grove Cemetery.  Visitation will be Tuesday, August 13, 2019 from 5PM-8PM at Forest Grove Missionary Baptist Church.
