Faye Marie Hicks, age 84 of Prescott, AR, passed away Sunday, November 1, 2015. Mrs. Hicks was born February 26, 1931 in Cale, Arkansas to Lee Hilmon and Lizzie Martin. She enjoyed flower gardening and sewing.

Mrs. Hicks was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Rev. Joe "Son" Hicks; son, Allen Hicks; three brothers, James O'Neal Martin, Billy Martin, and Lee Martin, Jr.; and one granddaughter, Melissa Eppler.

She is survived by four sons, Bobby Hicks of Little Rock, AR, Randy Hicks also of Little Rock, Kenny Hicks of Prescott, AR, and Kerry Hicks and wife, Bobbi Jo of Mena, AR; one daughter, Linda Hicks of Malvern, AR; four brothers, Robert Martin and wife, Jean, Dale Martin and wife, Shirley, Johnny Martin and wife, Peggy, and Richard Martin and wife, Brenda; five sisters, Nannie Lee Hicks, Mary Cearley, Rosie Robbins, Vicky Smith and husband, Johnny, and Betty Winters and husband, Tommy; twelve grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held at 2pm Thursday, November 5, 2015 at the Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Stamps, AR with Bro. Joe Brown and Bro. Charles Taylor officiating. Interment will follow at Union Cemetery in Bodcaw, AR. Visitation will be held from 6-8pm Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at the Smith Funeral Home in Stamps.
