Flora Bell (Minter) Rader, age 77, of Stamps, Arkansas, passed away Friday, November 23, 2018 in Texarkana, Texas.
Mrs. Rader was born January 13, 1941 in Buckner, Arkansas to Louie and Avis (Lawrence) Minter. She worked for many years at Peoples Drug Store, Peoples Department Store, and Two Sisters. She loved going to eat at Doc's, talking on the phone, fishing, and going dancing with her husband at the VFW.

Mrs. Rader was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Bobby Rader; a daughter, Linda Darlene Rader; brothers, David Minter and Herman Minter.

She is survived by sons, Bobby Rader and wife Jan of Magnolia, AR, Gary Rader of Stamps, and Jeff Rader and Annie, of DeWitt, AR; daughter, Samantha Billups and husband Tim, of Sarepta, LA; brothers, Sonny Minter and wife Joyce, of Mesquite, TX, Jimmy Minter and wife Connie, of Hooks, TX, and Jerry Minter and wife Susan, of Greenville, TX; sister, Mary Cross, of Keithville, LA; grandchildren, Chad Rader, Whitney Livermon, Kalie Taylor, Lydia Billups, and Lyndsey Billups; Great-Grandchildren, Cade Mora, Corbin Taylor, Harleigh Livermon, Julia Rader, and Jay Livermon; numerous nieces and nephews; and special friends, Peggy Minter and Syble Milligan.

Visitation will be held from 2:00pm until 3:00pm, Sunday, November 25, 2018, at Smith Funeral Home Chapel, on Thomas Street, in Stamps, AR. Graveside Services will follow (approx. 3:30pm) at Shiloh Cemetery in Buckner, With Bro John Force Officiating, under the direction of Smith Funeral Homes of Stamps, AR.
