Frances Fay Ross, 88, of Lewisville, Arkansas passed away June 26, 2021 at her home. She was born January 13, 1933 in Ogden, Arkansas to George and Cloie O'Neal. She enjoyed working in the yard and visiting with friends.

Frances was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Donald Gene Ross and George Thomas Nolte; brothers, Aubrey O'Neal and Curtis O'Neal; sister, Billie Lucille O'Neal; and son, Michael Anthony Nolte and stepson, Skippy Donald Gene Ross, II.

She is survived by her son, Doug Nolte of Garland City, AR; stepson, Ray Ross of San Antonio, TX; brother, Roy and Sandy O'Neal of Tyler, TX; brother in law, Kenneth Knowles of Texarkana, AR; sister in laws, Marzell O'Neal of Garland City, AR and Dorothy O'Neal of Lockesburg, AR; four grandson, Brian Nolte, Joshua Ross, Zakary Ross and Robert Ross; two granddaughter, Kirsten Wine and Sky Dawn Ross; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at 10:00AM at Wilson Cemetery with Bro. Charlie Zumwalt officiating under the direction of A.O. Smith Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 29, 2021 at Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Stamps from 6:00-8:00 P.M.
