Francille (Fee) M. Borland, 96, of Stamps, Arkansas passed away Friday, February 27, 2015 at Summit Nursing Center in Taylor, Arkansas. She was born to Daniel Boone McGoogan and Emma (Olive) McGoogan in Mars Hill, Arkansas, July 6, 1918.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Tom Borland also a sister, Lucille Wilson.

She is survived by a nephew, Rob K. Wilson and a cousin Leon McGoogan. One grandchild also survives she is Lori Borland of Jacksonville, Arkansas.

She worked as a hairdresser for most of her working life and was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed being with her family and will be greatly missed by all that knew her.

Funeral services for Mrs. Borland will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 3, 2015 at the Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Stamps, Arkansas. Interment will follow in the Mars Hill Cemetery of Mars Hill, Arkansas.
