Mr. Fred Collins, 79 of Stamps, AR passed away April 3, 2019, at The Waters of Stamps in Stamps, AR.  He was born May 18, 1939 to Otis Collin and Laura Briggs Collins in Waldo, AR.  He was a faith member at Countyline Baptist Church under Rev. Jerry Satterwhite.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.

His memories will be cherished by his two brothers:  Cleveland Collins, Magnolia, AR, and Paul Collins Cooper,  Muskegon, MI; two sisters Mattie Ray Jones, Lewisville, AR  and Carolyn Briggs Portis, Bakersfield, CA and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services at Smith Chapel-415 East First Street at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 13, 2019, with Rev, Jerry Satterwhite eulogy.  Burial at Lakeside Cemetery in Stamps, AR under the direction of Smith Funeral Home of Stamps.

Visitation Friday, April 12, 2019 at Smith Funeral Home from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.
