Fred Bailey Muckelvane, 80, of Stamps, AR passed away in Texarkana, TX on Friday, May 29, 2026. He was born in Los Angeles, CA to Fred B Muckelvane and Elizabeth Mildred Hammond on August 22, 1945. Fred enjoyed farm life, working and being a truck driver. During his younger days, he enjoyed working in the oilfield. As the years passed, he could be found sitting under the shade tree visiting with friends.

Fred was preceded in death by his parents; first wife, Dorothy Muckelvane; and second wife, Mary Muckelvane.

Survived by his sisters, Virginia Laura Bishop of Ardmore, OK and Daris Wheelington of Stamps, AR; daughter, Elizabeth (Johnathan) Tanner of Stamps, AR; daughter, Beverly Muckelvane; son, David Muckelvane; granddaughter, Laura Muckelvane; Special friends who were like family and helped Fred tremendously in life are Garry Heigle and Dennis Gardner Sr.
