Gladys Marie Crank, age 96 of Garland, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, April 11, 2018. Mrs. Crank was born July 5, 1921 in Fouke, Arkansas to Gladys and Ernest Smith, Sr. She was a member of the Methodist Church in Garland.

Mrs. Crank was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John William Crank; daughter and son-in-law, June and Jerry Alexander; great grandchild, Maxwell Parker Russell.

She is survived by daughters, Gladys Mary Crank Nash and husband, Noel of West Fork, AR and Virginia Maxcy Crank Haltom of Texarkana, AR; six grandchildren, Misty Wright, John Alexander, Parker Russell, Brittin Russell Murphy, Christopher Haltom, and Johnathan Haltom; twelve great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.

Arrangements were made by Smith Funeral Homes, Thomas Street, Stamps, AR. The family will gather with friends, Saturday, April 14, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Garland Community Church.
