Gracie Mae Higdon Heacock, age 68 of Taylor, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, February 22, 2017. Mrs. Heacock was born July 28, 1948 in White Hall, Louisiana to Clifford Gray and Myrtle Annie Higdon.

Mrs. Heacock was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Ralph Morris; and sister, Mavis Ione Higdon.

She is survived by two sons, Rick Wade Heacock and Aaron Douglas Heacock; former husband, Glen Heacock all of West Monroe, LA; sister, Peggy Sims of Taylor, AR; five grandchildren; four great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; cousins; one aunt; and a very special friend that she called family, Linda Formica from Flowery Branch, GA.

Funeral Services will be held at 10am Saturday, 25, 2017 at the Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Taylor, AR with Bro. John Pickett officiating. Interment will follow at State Line Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6-8pm Friday, February 24, 2017 at the Taylor Chapel.
