Norman "Jackie" Vines, 77, of Hampton, Arkansas passed away February 1, 2021. He was born September 13, 1943 in Falcon, Arkansas to L.C. Vines, Jr. and Lorene Brown Vines. He enjoyed drag racing, watching sports, spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and son, Charles Duane Vines.

Jackie is survived by sons Christopher Vines of Bentonville, AR and Paul Steven Vines of Hampton, AR; daughter, Cynthia Diane Garcia of Hampton, AR; sisters, Linda Clouse and husband, Joel of Heber Springs, AR and Julia Halter and husband, Steve of DeQueen, AR; six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and his racing family.

Pallbearers will be Philip Fore, Logan Bevins, Charles Fricke, Jason Thomason, Brandon Byrd and A.J. Bevins.

Funeral services will be held 2PM, Thursday, February 4, 2021 at A.O. Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Stamps, Arkansas with Alan Qualman officiating. Interment will follow at Falcon Cemetery under the direction of A.O. Smith Funeral Homes. Visitation will be before the service from 10AM-12PM at the chapel.
