Jacquelyn Carter-Willis 55 of Stamps, Arkansas passed away on Sunday, November 17, 2019 at her resident. She was born to the late Issac Carvin Willis and Shirley Ann Brown in Stamps, Arkansas.  Jacquelyn was a loving mother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend to many.

She is survived by: two sons Marco (Carlo) Carter of Prescott, Arkansas, Gregory (Laura) Carter, Jr., of Hunington, California; a daughter Taylor Carter of Waldo, Arkansas; a sister Patsy (Curtis) Hughey of Camden, Arkansas; two brothers Jerry (Eudora) Curry Willis, Gary (Dezrail) Willis of Magnolia, Arkansas, eight grandchildren and other relatives and friends.

Funeral services at Buchanan Baptist Church in Stamps at 3 p.m., Saturday, November 23, 2019. Burial at Lakeside Cemetery in Stamps, Arkansas under the direction of Smith Funeral Home of Stamps - 415 East First Street, with Rev. Charles Smith officiating.
