Mr. James "Rat" Biddle, 77 of Buckner passed away on Wednesday September 26, 2018 at the Community Compassion Center of Magnolia.  He was born on August 30, 1941 to the late Mr. Printis and Mrs Fannie Mary Williams - Biddle. He was a loving husband, father, retired barber and pillar of the Buckner community.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a son and several brothers and sisters.  He is survived by his wife Bonnie Biddle of Buckner, AR, one son, Rodney Biddle and one daughter, Betty Williams both of Fort Worth TX, two sisters, Mrs. Annie Mae Briggs of Stamps and Mrs Bernice Gladney of Springhill, LA and two brothers Mr. Leon Biddle of Waldo AR and Mr. Horace Biddle of Stamps, AR.  He is as well survived by five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held at Smith Funeral Home Chapel; 415 East First Street; Stamps AR on Saturday October 13, 2018 at 11:00 AM with the Elder Maurice Williams serving as Officiant and Eulogist.  Interment will be immediately after the service at Lakeside Cemetery in Stamps, AR.

Visitation will be at Smith Funeral Home Chapel Friday October 12, 2018 from 11:00 AM until 4:00 PM.
