James Ronald "Bo" Vines, age 65, of Bodcaw, Arkansas, went to be with Our Lord and Savior Sunday, November 10, 2013. Mr. Vines was born June 14, 1948, in Nevada County, Arkansas to Paris and Helen Vines. He loved hunting, fishing, and spending times with his family. Bo was a wonderful husband, father, and the best Paw to seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He was an active member of the Falcon Church of Christ and was employed by Alan White for thirty-three years.

Mr. Vines was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, Glendol Ray Vines.

He is survived by his loving wife of forty-three years, Shirley Vines of Bodcaw, AR; one daughter, Sherry Meeler and husband, Scott of Bossier City, LA; two sons, Ed Vines and wife, Jessica of Waldo, AR, and Tim Vines and wife, Leslie of Springhill, LA; seven grandchildren, Wade Carlton and wife, Amanda, Whittney Meeler, Brett Vines, Austin Kidd, Taegen Hamilton, Rayden Vines, and Luke Vines; two great grandchildren, Zane and Zoey Carlton; two brothers, Wilson Vines and wife, Ellen of Buckner, AR and Harold Vines of Bodcaw, AR; one sister, Margie Schaferling and husband, Jim of Whitewright, TX; and a host of nieces, nephew and friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 13, 2013, at Smith Funeral Homes in Stamps, AR, with Bro. David Nicholas and Bro. Justin Clark officiating. Interment will follow at Falcon Cemetery in Falcon, AR. Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 12, 2013, at the Smith Funeral Home in Stamps, AR.
