James Gregory Dillon, born Nye Gregory Morton, age 65, of Texarkana, Arkansas passed away on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at The Springs of Texarkana. James was born on July 14, 1960, in Texarkana, Texas.

Preceded in death by his mother, Linda Coffman; granddaughter, Delimar Elaine Tipton; grandson, Wilfrelo Miguel Tipton; and great granddaughter, Cribby Clayton.

Survived by his daughters, B.J. (Yancy) Tipton and Amanda Kay (Chuck) Johnson; grandchildren Matthew Rogers, Jason Clayton, Anakin Tipton, Kaylee Tipton, Riley Tipton, Christine Tipton, Hailey Grace Morales, and Christine Johnson; great grandchildren, Sailor Clayton, Luke Clayton, Brylee "Beeper" Rogers, Catey Rogers, Cheyenne Rogers, and River Rogers; and brother, David Morton.

A Memorial for Celebration of Life is scheduled for Saturday April 11, 2026 at 1:00 pm to be held at The Life House Church, Texarkana Arkansas.

Cremation services are provided by A. O. Smith Funeral Home, Stamps, Arkansas.
