James Kenneth McMahen, 79, of Marietta, Georgia passed away on April 23, 2021. He was born on December 16, 1941 in Camden, Arkansas to John and Nancye Gammon McMahen. James took interest in model trains and photography and enjoying playing drums in a band.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Jack McMahen.

James is survived by his wife, Elizabeth McMahen; two sons, Eddie McMahen and wife, Meredith of Magnolia, AR and Jason McMahen of Marrietta, GA; brother, Gammon McMahen and wife, Glenda of Red Oak, TX; sister in law, Kathy McMahen; two grandchildren, Colton and Kendall McMahen; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1P.M., Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at the Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Stamps with Mr. Jamie Knighton officiating. Interment will follow at Lakeside Cemetery. Visitation will be held prior to the service starting at 12P.M.
