Janice Ann Clark, age 64, of Stamps, AR passed away August 15, 2020 at Wadley Regional Medical Center in Texarkana, TX. Janice was born January 26, 1956 in Seminole, TX to Bud and Allean Norris.

Janice was a nurse and enjoyed taking care of people. She liked to go antiquing but mostly enjoyed time spent with her children and grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Randall Clark.

She is survived by one daughter, Sabrina Clark Keith and husband Kelly of Shreveport, LA. Two sons, Charles Clark and wife Kelly of Stamps, AR and Cody Clark and Felicia of Bastrop LA. Two brothers Charles Norris and wife Irene of Portland, OR and David Norris of Stamps, AR. Four grandchildren Jess Clark, Kash Keith, Savannah Keith and Stoney Clark.

Visitation will be Saturday, August 22, 2020 from 2PM to 5PM at Smith Funeral Home in Stamps, AR. The family will plan a memorial service at a later date.
