Jaxson Kade Land, age 11, of Taylor, Arkansas, gained his wings, Thursday, January 9, 2020.

Jaxson was born June 13, 2008, in Shreveport, LA to Lonnie and Marguerite Land. He was a student at Taylor Elementary.  He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Billie Jean Clayton and two grandfathers, Oscar Ray Land and James Carroll Nations.

He is survived by his parents, three sisters, Marshelle Harvey, and husband, Justin, of San Angelo, TX, Alyssa Scott and Husband, Colton, of Taylor, AR and Brittney Land, of Taylor, AR, his grandparents, John Thomas Clayton, of Taylor, AR and Joyce Nations, of Taylor, AR, his aunts, Melody Smith, Merry Stephens, Sheila Dunlap, Karlie Nations and Kristie Roberts, uncles, Tony Clayton, Terry Clayton, Dusty Nations and Jim Land, a niece and nephew, Landon and Laelyn Harvey and a host of other friends and family. Pallbearers will be Todd Scott, Conner Jack Smith, Briton Hampson and Terry Clayton.

The family would like to express special thanks to all the public service members in the community that have always taken the time to make an impact on Jaxson's life. Also a special thanks to all of Jaxson's teachers and caregivers at Taylor Elementary.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Sunday, January 12, 2020, at AO Smith Funeral Home in Stamps with Bro. Joseph Stacks officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Saturday evening at the funeral home.
