Jerry Hoyice Stultz, 66, of Lewisville, Arkansas passed away on April 28, 2022. He was born December 6, 1955 in Lewisville, Arkansas to William James Stultz and Doris Jean Barbaree Stultz. Jerry attended Piney Grove Baptist Church. He was a member of Midway-Boyd Hill Fire Department and enjoyed fishing and gardening.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Jimmy, Larry and Bobby Stultz.

He is survived by brother, Jeffery Stultz and wife, Penny of Lewisville, AR; three sisters, Mary Ann Vann and husband, Ardell of Genoa, AR, Linda Sue Bethany and husband, Mike of Magnolia, Shirley Dison and husband, David of Mt. Holly, AR; a host of nieces, nephews, friends and family.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 14, 2022 at 4:00 P.M. at Shiloh #2 Cemetery in Falcon, AR with  Pastor Takumi Nishiuchi and Bro. Eric Barbaree officiating.

Cremation services were provided by A.O. Smith Funeral Home.
