Jimmie Carrol Foster, 84 of Stamps, Arkansas, passed away Friday, August 11, 2023, in Taylor Arkansas. He was born July 15, 1939, in Stamps, Arkansas to Columbus and Lillie Foster. Mr. Foster worked for and retired from B&D Electric. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, going out to eat, being with his family and watching his grandson race.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife Joyce Ann Foster and his second wife, Peggy Foster; One sister Johnnie Minter and one brother, J.W. Foster.

He is survived by one daughter, Carrol Rollins (Mike) of Stamps, Arkansas; Two sons, Brian Foster (Phyllis) of Texarkana, Arkansas and Ronnie Joe Foster of Montverde, Florida; Four grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren; One special friend Waymon Tutor of Stephens, Arkansas; and numerous nieces, nephews, friends and family.

Funeral services will be held 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, August 16, 2023, at the A.O. Smith Funeral Home in Stamps, Arkansas with Mike Vickers officiating under direction of A.O. Smith Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Tuesday, August 15, 2023, at the A.O. Smith funeral Home Chapel in Stamps, Arkansas.
