John Arthur Kuykendall, age 76 of Hillsboro, Missouri, passed away Thursday, July 5, 2018 at his home. Mr. Kuykendall was born September 30, 1941 in Stamps, Arkansas to John Rufus and Nellie Kuykendall. He loved to work seven days a week and enjoyed his farm in his retirement. He was very loving, caring and compassionate; and will be greatly missed.

Mr. Kuykendall was preceded in death by his parents and eight siblings.

He is survived by two sons, John Kuykendall of Hillsboro, MO and Jason Kuykendall of Festus, MO; one daughter, Nellie Kuykendall of St. Louis, MO; and two grandchildren, Isabelle and Landon Kuykendall.

A Private Graveside will be held at 2pm Sunday, July 8, 2018 at Liberty Cemetery in Stamps, AR. Visitation will be held from 6-8pm Saturday, July 7, 2018 at the Smith Funeral Home, Thomas Street, in Stamps. Online registration is available at www.aosmithfuneralhome.com .
