Mr. John Pree, 94, of Lewisville, AR, passed away March 3rd at his home.
He was born September 01, 1920 in Lewisville, AR to Jordan and Lizzie Stewart Pree.

He was preceded in death by his parents, children; Betty, Lola Mae, and Eddie Lee Pree. Brothers Jordan Jr., Sylvester Sr., Clarence, Floyd, Charles, Willis, and Carl Pree. Sisters; Elnora Pree and Maggie Ross.

He received his education at Red Lake School, was baptized at Galilee Baptist Church at an early age, and song with a quartet group. He worked at Red River Depot, at Lone Star Ammunition Plant, and retired at Gifford Hill Sand & Gravel Plant in Lewisville, AR.

Survivors include his wife; Mrs. Roberta Lee Williams Pree, Five sons; John Pree, Jr. of Killeen, TX., Osie Pree, Sr., Floyd Pree, Sr., (Jacqueline), and Virtis C. Pree, Sr. all of Lewisville. Andrew Pree (Bobbie) of Garland, AR.,. Two daughters; Mrs. Erma Lee (Lonnie) of Lewisville, AR. And Ms. Annie Pree of Dallas, TX. Two brothers; C.J. Pree of Richmond, CA. and Johnny Pree (Debbie) of Texarkana, TX. Three sisters; Mrs. Ella Ella Wee Wilbor and Mrs. Mary Watson both of Texarkana, TX., Mrs. Margaret Robinson of san Diego, CA. Three sister-in-laws; Mrs. Ruth,Texan and Gertrude Pree. 22 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, 13 great great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, & other relatives.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 14th , at 1:p.m. at the Lafayette County School Auditorium in Lewisville, AR. With burial to follow in the Stewart Cemetery in Lewisville, AR., . Under the direction of Smith Funeral Home, Inc. of Stamps. Officiating will be Rev MacArthur Turner.

A wake will be held Friday 6-7:p.m. at the funeral home.
