Josie Mae "Ann" Davis-Hester 71, was born January 31, 1946 in Texarkana, Arkansas to the late Sidney Davis and Lillian Mack. She departed this life on Sunday, May 21, 2017 at UAMS in Little Rock, Arkansas.

She was a devoted wife, daughter, sister, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her husband Eddie Hester.

A host of grand and great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Home Going Funeral Celebration at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 27, 2017 at smith First Street Chapel in Stamps, AR with Pastor Ricky Cunningham delivering the eulogy. Burial will be at Lakeside Cemetery in Stamps, AR under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Visitation will be Friday, May 26, 2017 at Smith Funeral Home on First Street from 11a.m. until 4:30p.m.
