Joy Lee Dennis, age 77, of Stamps, Arkansas, passed away Monday, February 3, 2014 at her home. Mrs. Dennis was born September 14, 1936, in Brooklyn, Arkansas, to Dennis and Irene Nelms. She was a loving mother.

Mrs. Dennis was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Clyde J. Dennis; and two sons, Steven B. Dennis and Timothy Mark Dennis.

She is survived by her son, Scott Dennis of Stamps, AR; brother, Ronald Nelms of St. Louis, MO; sister, Opal Johnson of Cape Giraudeau, MO; four granddaughters, three grandsons, and three great grandchildren all of St. Louis, MO. A special thanks to her caretaker, Rita Hood Tatom.
