June Marie Nicholas, 80, of Stamps, Arkansas passed away November 6, 2020. She was born June 10, 1940 in Marshalltown, Iowa to Ordin and Ruth Tweed Bjelland. June was baptized on May 10, 1957 in Marshalltown, IA; she attended Waldo Church of Christ until she was unable to attend. Her and her husband, William Nicholas married on May 26, 1966 in Searcy, AR, they met while attending Harding College. June was a loving preachers wife of 54 years, mother and grandmother; she was very giving, never letting you leave without food or a gift. She loved sweets, wearing hats, crocheting wash cloths and blankets and enjoyed doing different crafts.

Mrs. Nicholas was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband, William; sons, Darold and Donald Nicholas; daughter, Tonia Wood and husband, Timothy all of Stamps, AR; brother, Ray Bjelland and wife, Katie of Dillon, IA; sister, May Stock and husband, Larry of Cedar Rapids, IA; grandsons, Jacob and Hunter Wood of Stamps, AR; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 2PM, Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at the A.O. Smith Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Sardis Cemetery in Stamps, AR with Jamie Knighton and Buddy Chisholm officiating under the direction of A.O. Smith Funeral Homes. Visitation will be Monday, November 9, 2020 at the Chapel from 5PM-7PM.
