Kathy Lynn Darst, age 52 of Minden, Louisiana, passed away Thursday, February 11, 2016. Mrs. Darst was born July 4, 1963 in Springhill, Louisiana to Leonard Ratliff and Francis Freeman.

Mrs. Darst was preceded in death by her parents; adoptive parents, Melvin and Janel Gray; and sister, Robin Johnson.

She is survived by her son, Zachery Gray of Cullen, LA; two daughters, Courtney Jones of Minden, LA and Brittany Hughes of Doylin, LA; boyfriend, Randy Cottrell of Haynesville, LA; brother, Leland Gray of Wynnfield, LA; sister, Lenell Buford and boyfriend, Robby Mason of Taylor, AR; one grandchild and one soon to be.

Graveside Services will be held at 2pm Sunday, February 14, 2016 at Sharman Cemetery in Taylor, AR with Rev. Eddie Robinson officiating. Visitation will be held from 9am-noon Sunday at Smith Funeral Homes in Stamps, AR. Online registration is available at www.aosmithfuneralhome.com.
