Mr. Levester Ivy, Sr., 82, of Lewisville, AR passed away on Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at Christus St. Michael Hospital in Texarkana, TX.  He was born to Willie Lee and Ethel Mae Smith,Ivy at Garland, AR.  He was a loving father, grandfather, uncle, cousin and friend to many.

Mr. Levester is survived by: five sons; Maurice (Laura) Cullins of Dallas, TX, Levester (Dianne) Ivy of Little Rock, AR, Craig (Sandra) Ivy of Lewisville, AR, Kimbell (Carolyn) Ivy of Stamps, AR, Jeremy Sanders of Dallas, TX; two daughters: Mary (Bruce) Hines of Little Rock, AR, Kashanti Ivy of Lewisville, AR; two sisters: Gloria Ann (Percy) Williams of Garland, AR, Ethel Willams of San Antonio, TX; one brother: Carter Foster of Texarkana, TX; a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren a host of nieces, nephews and cousin.

Funeral services at Smith Chapel at 11 a.m., Saturday, June 29, 2019 with Rev. Imond Washington officiating. Burial at Old Town Cemetery in Lewisville, AR under the direction of Smith Funeral Home of Stamps.  Visitation will be Friday, June 28, 2019, at 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. - 415 West First Street.
