Linda Lee Crank, 87, of Magnolia, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 23, 2026. She was born to Walter and Amy Magee on March 7, 1939. Linda was a member of the Trinity Baptist Church of Magnolia, Arkansas. She enjoyed cooking, crocheting, gardening, and reading her Bible. Linda also shared stories and gave advice that was an inspiration to many.

Preceded in death by her parents, W. C. "Bud" and Amy Katherine Magee; husband, Robert "Bro. Bob" Crank; sister, Oleta Magee; and her friend that was like a sister, Mary Louise Scott.

Carrying on the Legacy of Linda will be, her brother, Robert Magee of New Summerfield, Tx; brother in law, Edwin Crank of Jacksonville, TX; son, Shane Crank of Magnolia, AR; daughter, Amy (Nick) Covington of Magnolia, AR; daughter, Lexi Burchfield of Magnolia, AR; grandsons, Jaxon Revell and Braxton Revell, both of Magnolia, Arkansas; and her special friend, Sandy Cummings of Magnolia, AR.

Honoring Linda as pallbearers will be Brannon Collier, Kevin Collier, Andrew Story, Keith Smith, Charles Bush, Chris Willis, and Donnie Hanson. Honorary pallbearers will be  Jaxon Revell, Braxton Revell and the ABS College Men from 1968-2011.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, June 26, 2026, at 2:00 pm at A O Smith Funeral Home, Stamps, Arkansas with Bro. Danny Bullock and Shane Crank officiating, interment to follow at Buckner Memorial Cemetery, Buckner, Arkansas.

She was a devoted wife of a pastor and college minister for 46 years, standing faithfully beside Bro. Bob in ministry and pouring her heart into the lives of those around her. Her own children rose up and called her blessed, seeing in her the Proverbs 31 woman — a woman of noble character, strength, dignity, and deep faith who feared the Lord.

To hundreds upon hundreds of college-age students over the decades, she was simply "Mama Crank" — a warm, steadfast presence who offered motherly love, wise counsel, homemade meals, listening ears, and unwavering prayers. She created a home away from home for young people navigating faith, studies, and life's big questions. Her door was always open, her table generous, and her embrace genuine. Many who crossed her path left not just with strengthened faith but with the lasting knowledge that they were deeply seen, valued, and loved.

Even in her later years at Wentworth Nursing Facility in Magnolia, where she lived with dementia, she remained Mama Crank to residents and staff alike. Though there were difficult times, her faith shown through — she continued to point others to Jesus with a clarity and conviction that touched every life around her as she reminded them to "count your many blessings...name them one by one...and it will surprise you what the Lord has done."  Her love for the Lord pointed to hope even in the midst of a difficult season.

Through every chapter — as a minister's wife, a spiritual mother to generations of students, a Proverbs 31 woman to her children, and a beloved elder — Mama Crank lived a life defined by love, service, and strength that will continue to echo in the hearts of all who were blessed enough to call her Mama and Memaw.
