Linnie Dale Stovall, age 95 of Stamps, Arkansas, passed away Monday, January 9, 2017. Mrs. Stovall was born April 7, 1921 in Stamps to Fred and Prudie Strange. Crocheting and genealogy were her passions. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Stamps.

Mrs. Stovall was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Alton Stovall; two brothers, Drexel Strange and Charles Strange; and sister, Marjorie Harrison.

She is survived by her son, Garry Rivers of Stamps; and nephew, Joe Strange of Houston, TX.

Graveside Services will be held at 2pm Thursday, January 12, 2017 at Sardis Cemetery in Stamps with Rev. Mark Rivers officiating under the direction of Smith Funeral Homes of Stamps.
