Louise Dugger, 92, of Laramie, Wyoming, passed away on Wednesday May 1, 2024. She was born on April 25, 1932, in Camden, Arkansas, to Onie Earl and Ollie Virginia McClellan. Louise was an active business partner in Griffin Supply Company in Lafayette County and continued to work in sales and customer service after the store was destroyed in a highway accident. She was a member of Buchanan Baptist Church in Texarkana, Texas, and maintained a sincere and unwavering faith in God and the teachings of Jesus throughout her life. Her passions included her family, dogs (hers and those of others), natural beauty, and her sales projects. Louise was previously married to Edwyn Griffin of Lewisville, Arkansas and then Jerry Dugger, Sr of Texarkana, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Onie and Ollie McClellan, her brother, Donald, her sisters, Thelma and Frances, and spouses, Edwyn Griffin and Jerry Dugger, Sr.
Left to carry on her legacy of compassion, humor, and honesty are her children, Lynette Chance of Laramie, Wyoming, Lee Anne Moore of Natchitoches, Louisiana, and Paul Griffin of Shreveport, Louisiana. She had five grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
A memorial service is scheduled for Friday, May 10, 2024, at 2:00 pm in Stamps, Arkansas at the A O Smith Funeral Home Chapel. Interment to follow at Wilson Cemetery, Lewisville, Arkansas.
