Loyce Parnell McCoy, 93, of Stamps, Arkansas passed away on May 15, 2021. He was born on April 26, 1928 in Magnolia, Arkansas to Benjamin Franklin McCoy and Maudie Caroline Blankenship McCoy. Mr. McCoy enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, and collecting knives.

Loyce was preceded in death by his parents and two sons, Tommy and Dale Alan McCoy.

He is survived by his wife, Ruby McCoy of Stamps; daughter, Sharon Brinkman and husband, Steve of Ripley, TN; four grandsons, Michael Leonard and wife, Barb of Elkhorn, NE, Hunter Brinkman and wife, Haley of Lake City, FL, Thomas McCoy and Dusty McCoy both of Bismarck, AR; one half-brother, Jack Jackson of Hope, AR; and numerous great grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, May 22, 2021 at Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Stamps, AR with Terry Tatom officiating under the direction of A.O. Smith Funeral Home.
