Margie Ann Payne, 80, of Taylor, Arkansas passed from this life on February 3, 2023. She was born on April 16, 1942, to Robert Lee and Clifford (Powell) Dyer in Taylor, Arkansas. Her greatest enjoyment in life was spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed cooking, watching basketball and baseball, as well as her passion of growing her plants. Having her fur baby, Montgomery along side of her was an importance aspect in her life.

Margie was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Clifford (Powell) Dyer; a daughter, Melanie Ann Payne; sisters, Virgie Dennis, Lelah McDonald and Baby Girl Dyer; brothers, Leon Dyer, Clarence Dyer, and C L Dyer.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Harold Payne; daughter, Pam Reynolds, of Taylor, Arkansas; son, Dewayne Payne, of Taylor, Arkansas; brother, Jerry Dyer (Rhonda) of Springhill, Louisiana; grandchildren, Jamie Hayden (Andy), Rachel Hooker (Kyle), and Eddie Reynolds; great grandchildren, Kenzie Hayden, Ashton Hayden, Amberley Hayden, Bryanna Hayden and Hank Hooker; Her fur baby, Montgomery and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Gary McDonald, Kenneth Jerry, Greg Payne, Reuben Crawford, Josh Dyer and Zac Dyer.

Funeral Services will be held at A. O. Smith Funeral Chapel in Taylor Arkansas on Tuesday February 7, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. with Brother Phillip Carroll officiating with the assistance of Brother Terry Hughes under the direction of A. O. Smith Funeral Home of Stamps, Arkansas. Interment to follow at State-Line Cemetery in Taylor, Arkansas.

Visitation will be on Monday, February 6, 2023, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the A.O. Smith Funeral Chapel in Taylor, Arkansas.
